15. Sale, disposal, loss or material alteration to be notified
It shall be the duty of every registered owner to notify the Chief Agricultural Officer in writing without delay of the sale or other disposal by him, or of the loss, of any registered engine, or of any change with respect to the particulars relating to such engine, as specified in regulation 4 of these regulations; and the Chief Agricultural Officer shall, where necessary, make the appropriate changes in the register.
