(1) Where an amendment to the Treaty becomes effective in accordance Article 23 of the Treaty the Minister shall by order amend the Schedule to this Act for the purpose of including the amendment.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) may contain such ancillary transitional consequential or supplemental provisions as appear to the Minister to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the amendment.
