2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Treaty” means the Treaty establishing the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority signed at St. Georges, Grenada on 4 May 2000 the text of which is set out in the Schedule;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for communications.
