(1) The Director shall prepare an Annual Report related to the mitigation of, preparedness for, response to and recovery from emergencies and disasters in Saint Lucia.
(2) The Director shall submit the Annual Report to the Minister and shall, on or before 1 June in every year, publish the Annual Report in the Gazette.
