(1) Subject to the powers of the Accountant General under section 5 the fund to be collected under Head A shall be controlled and administered by the Saint Lucia Coconut Growers Association and the fund to be collected under Head B by a Committee in accordance with this Act and any regulations made thereunder.
(2) The Committee shall be appointed by the Governor General and the members of the Committee shall be 3 persons not being public officers, the Director of Agricultural Services and the Accountant General.
