(1) For the purpose of this Act there shall be established by the Accountant General in the accounts of Saint Lucia a fund to be called the Coconut Industry Fund (hereinafter referred to as “the fund”).
(2) The fund shall be collected under the following heads—
(a) Head A, from the Coconut Growers Association;
(b) Head B, from other sources.
