2. Definition
In these Regulations—
“Act” means the Citizenship of Saint Lucia Act;
“CARICOM National” means a national belonging to one of the member countries of the Caribbean Community, but for the purposes of these Regulations it does not include a person born of Saint Lucian parentage in a member country of the Caribbean Community;
“Commonwealth Citizen” means a citizen of a country belonging to the Commonwealth, but for the purposes of these Regulations it does not include the member countries of the Caribbean Community;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom matters relating to citizenship have been assigned.
