The Corporate Body known as the Church of the Nazarene (Saint Lucia) shall be and is hereby created a body corporate and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in the State and shall have and use a Common Seal provided that such Seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 of the Trustees.
