Schedule

  1.  

    1.     All that portion of land forming part of the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited sub-division situate at Reduit in the quarter of Gros-Islet in the said State of Saint Lucia the said portion of land being 23, 265sq. ft. in area more or less being bounded on the North by a lot sold to William Edgecombe on the South by a lot sold to P.A. Bergasse, on the East by a road and on the West by a lot sold to Milan Ribar and being numbered 4 of the Plan of Survey of the sub-division by Leonard Sandy, Licensed Land Surveyor dated 19 September 1966 and lodged at the Office of the Commissioner for Crown Lands on 5 October 1966 under No. G.I. 410. Together with all the buildings erected thereon and all the appurtunances and dependencies thereof including a right to the passage and running of water, sewerage and electricity or other energy or matter in or through any sewers, drains, pipes, cables or wires now laid or hereafter to be laid in over under or through the remainder of the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited lands aforesaid with power upon reasonable notice in the daytime except in case of emergency to enter upon the property to construct, make connections to and repair the same, the person or persons so entering making good all damage occasioned thereby EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited and its successors in Title and the owner or owners for the time being of any part of the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited lands aforesaid or any adjoining or neighbouring land as may be affected thereby a right to the passage and running of water, sewerage and electricity or other energy or matter in or through any sewers, drains, pipes, cables or wires now laid or hereafter to be laid over, in, under or through the portion of land aforesaid with power with reasonable notice in the daytime except in case of emergency to enter upon the property to construct, make connections to and repair the same, the person or persons exercising such right making good all damage done.

         EXCEPTING AND RESERVING TO THE GOVERNMENT OF ST. LUCIA all mines, veins, beds, deposits or accumulations of Mineral Oil and all underground substances of every description whatever already found or which may hereafter to be found in or under the demised premises with full liberty, at all times, to enter and inspect the same for the purpose of searching for, getting, winning and taking away the said Mineral Oil or other underground substances, and to do all things in, under, upon, through or over the said lands as may be necessary or convenient for all or any of the purposes aforesaid the Government making to the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited reasonable compensation for any injury done to or upon the surface of the said property or to any building thereon.

         PROVIDED that all claims for such damage be made in writing to the Government within 6 months after the act is done for which compensation is claimed as appears in the Deed of Sale referred to hereunder.

         TITLE: Deed of Sale by Lilian Marie Elmire Mardles to the General Board of the Church of the Nazarene executed before St. George Murray, Notary Royal on 22 March 1976 and registered on 1 April 1976 in Vol. 116 No. 112061.

    2.     ALL that portion of land situate at Water Works in the quarter of Castries containing 40,315.39sq. ft. dismembered from a larger portion of land which is shown as the land lying on the South of the Castries Water Works Road on a Plan of Survey by H.E.D. Bernez, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated 29 December 1934 and recorded in the Office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands as Plan C1454 “B” the portion of land now sold is further shown on a Plan of Survey thereof by Ornan Monplaisir, Licensed Land Surveyor dated 6 November 1972 and lodged in the Office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands on 27 November 1972 as Record No. 331/72 and therein comprises the lot marked 2 measuring 4,274.52sq. ft. the lot marked 3 measuring 3,271.99sq. ft. and an unnumbered lot measuring 32,768.88 sq. ft. and is shown on the said Plan to be bounded on the North by the Castries Water Works High Road, on the South by the bank of the Old Castries River Course, on the East partly by the lot numbered 1, on the said Plan partly by lands of the Urban Development (Entrepot) and partly by the bank of the Old Castries River Course and partly by the lands of Heirs Alexander Clavier. Together with the dwelling house and the warehouse erected thereon and all other appurtenances and dependencies thereof.

         TITLE: Sale by (1) Volmar Monplaisir (2) Margaret Monplaisir to General Board of the Church of the Nazarene executed before Winston Francis Cenac, Notary Royal on 28 January 1974 and registered on 14 February 1974 in Vol. 114 No. 105302.

    3.     All that lot of land containing 8,545.22sq. ft., numbered 1 on the undermentioned Plan situate at Water Works Road in the City of Castries aforesaid and bounded on the North by the Castries/Water Works Public High Road on the South by the lands of the General Board of the Church of the Nazarene on the East by the lands of Urban Development (Entrepot) and on the West by the lands of the general Board of the Church of the Nazarene or howsoever otherwise the same may be bounded together with the building erected thereon and all other the appurtenances and dependencies thereof the said lot of land is the remainder of a larger portion of land which said larger portion of land comprises 1 acre 2 roods and 28 perches and is shown on a Plan and Report of Survey by Ornan E. Monplaisir, Licensed Land Surveyor dated 6 November 1972 and lodged with the Commissioner of Crown Lands on 27 November 1972 as Plan No. C4249 Record No. 331/72.
