1. All that portion of land forming part of the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited sub-division situate at Reduit in the quarter of Gros-Islet in the said State of Saint Lucia the said portion of land being 23, 265sq. ft. in area more or less being bounded on the North by a lot sold to William Edgecombe on the South by a lot sold to P.A. Bergasse, on the East by a road and on the West by a lot sold to Milan Ribar and being numbered 4 of the Plan of Survey of the sub-division by Leonard Sandy, Licensed Land Surveyor dated 19 September 1966 and lodged at the Office of the Commissioner for Crown Lands on 5 October 1966 under No. G.I. 410. Together with all the buildings erected thereon and all the appurtunances and dependencies thereof including a right to the passage and running of water, sewerage and electricity or other energy or matter in or through any sewers, drains, pipes, cables or wires now laid or hereafter to be laid in over under or through the remainder of the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited lands aforesaid with power upon reasonable notice in the daytime except in case of emergency to enter upon the property to construct, make connections to and repair the same, the person or persons so entering making good all damage occasioned thereby EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited and its successors in Title and the owner or owners for the time being of any part of the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Limited lands aforesaid or any adjoining or neighbouring land as may be affected thereby a right to the passage and running of water, sewerage and electricity or other energy or matter in or through any sewers, drains, pipes, cables or wires now laid or hereafter to be laid over, in, under or through the portion of land aforesaid with power with reasonable notice in the daytime except in case of emergency to enter upon the property to construct, make connections to and repair the same, the person or persons exercising such right making good all damage done.
