2. Interpretation

In this Act—

“Bank” means the Caribbean Development Bank established by the Bank Agreement;

“Bank Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Development Bank the text of which is set out in the Schedule;

“Minister” means the Minister responsible for finance.
