6. Designation of depository for holdings of currency, Certain provisions of Bank Agreement given force of law in Saint Lucia
The Eastern Caribbean Currency Authority, or such other institution as may be agreed upon with the bank, shall act as a depository for the holdings of the currency of Saint Lucia and other assets of the Bank.
The provisions of Articles 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55 of the Bank Agreement have the force of law in Saint Lucia.
