(1) Where an amendment to the Treaty is accepted by the Contracting Parties, the Minister may by Order amend the Schedule for the purpose of including the amendments.
(2) Where the Schedule is amended in accordance with this section, any reference in this Act or in any other enactment or in any instrument having effect under any such enactment shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Treaty as so amended.
