2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Contracting Parties” means the Contracting Parties to the Treaty;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for national security;
“Treaty” means the Treaty on Security Assistance among CARICOM Member States concluded among Member States of the Caribbean Community on 6 July, 2006, as set out in the Schedule.
