AN ACT to implement an international Convention on the settlement of investment disputes between States and nationals of other States.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows—

Commencement [13 December 1966]This United Kingdom Act was extended to Saint Lucia from 20 February 1967 by the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966 (Application to Colonies etc.) Order 1967 of the United Kingdom.
