(1) All offences committed against this Act shall be tried and punishable by a court.
(2) Where an offence against this Act is committed on the sea coast or at sea or within the territorial waters of Saint Lucia, it may be tried by a court in any district abutting such sea coast or adjoining such sea.
(3) Where any offence against this Act is committed in or, from any water forming the boundary between any 2 courts it may be tried in either of such courts.
