12. Cancellation and duplicate licences and permits

(1) The Minister may at any time in his or her discretion cancel any licence or permit issued under this part.

(2) Where any licence or permit has been lost, stolen or destroyed a duplicate may be issued by the Minister upon payment of the prescribed fee.
