(1) A licence issued under section 10(1) by this Act shall be valid only for the period during which it is issued and shall in any event expire on 31 December following the date of issue.
(2) Every such licence shall be valid only in respect of the person to whom it is issued and shall not be transferable.
(3) Every holder of such licence shall carry it with him or her when engaged in any activity authorised by it; and he or she shall show such licence upon the request of any wildlife protection officer.
