(1) A member of a visiting force shall be immune from prosecution in court proceedings in Saint Lucia in respect of actions taken in the course of his or her official duties.
(2) The immunity specified in subsection (1) may be waived in respect of any member of a visiting force, by the competent authority of the visiting force.
