12. Immunities and privileges of members of service court and witnesses
The members of a service court of a visiting force exercising jurisdiction under this Act, and witnesses appearing before such service court, have respectively the like immunities and privileges as a High Court exercising jurisdiction, and witnesses appearing before the High Court.
