7. Offence to take part in unauthorised meeting

A person commits an offence who—

(a) contravenes any of the terms subject to which or in which a permit under this Part has been issued;

(b) organises, holds, calls together or addresses any meeting in contravention of section 3 or of any permit issued under this Part; or

(c) incites, aids or abets any other person to commit any such offence.
