(1) A police officer not below the rank of corporal may in relation to any meeting being held in contravention of any of the provisions of this Part or of any permit issued under this Part require any person addressing or known to him or her to have addressed the meeting or appearing to him or her to be the organiser or promoter or one of the organisers or promoters of such meeting, to call on the meeting to disperse.
(2) A person required under subsection (1) to call on any meeting to disperse, who refuses, fails or neglects immediately to call on such meeting to disperse, commits an offence under this section.
(3) A person present at any meeting who is called upon to disperse under subsection (1) who fails to comply with such requirement commits an offence.
