(1) Any applicant for a permit under this Act who is dissatisfied with the refusal of the Commissioner of Police to grant a permit or with the terms of the permit granted may, within 7 days on being notified of the decision of the Commissioner of Police appeal in writing to the Minister.
(2) On an application to him or her under this section the Minister may confirm or reverse the decision of the Commissioner of Police or vary the terms of any permit granted by the Commissioner of Police or impose such other terms as he or she considers appropriate or necessary.
