(1) This Part does not apply to—
(a) organising, holding, calling together or addressing of a political meeting during an electioneering period; or
(b) any meetings or marches held or organised in connection with any of the purposes set out in Schedule 1, or in connection with such other purposes as may be included in such schedule as provided for by this section.
(2) The Minister may by order amend, vary or alter Schedule 1 in any respect and may add to it or delete from it any purpose or name.
(3) An order made under this section is subject to negative resolution.
