A person commits an offence who—
(a) contravenes any of the terms or requirements of an order under this Part;
(b) contravenes any of the terms and conditions subject to or in which a permit under this Part is issued;
(c) holds, organises, addresses, attends or takes part in any public meeting or public march contrary to any of the provisions of this Part or of any order made or permit issued under this Part; or
(d) incites, aids or abets any other person to commit any offence under (a) or (c) above.
