40. Provisional Warrant
Subject to sections 44, 45, and 46, where an appropriation law has not come into operation under section 32 due to a disaster or a state of emergency declared under section 17 of the Constitution of Saint Lucia the Minister shall, by a Provisional Warrant, authorize the Accountant General to pay out of the Consolidated Fund sums as may be authorized.
