107.   Transmission of appeal documents

The Secretary shall send one copy of the application for an appeal and any other document that is relevant to the appeal to each of the following persons —

  1.  

    (a)     the members of the Appeals Tribunal;

  1.  

    (b)     the Director of Finance; and

  1.  

    I     any other person who was a party to the proceedings in which the decision was taken.
