10. Offences
Without prejudice to the power of the judge to impose a penalty for breach of an order, a person who —
-
(a) obstructs, hinders or resists a police officer or duly authorized person in the discharge of their functions under this Act; or
-
(b) fails to comply with an order under this Act,
commits an offence under this Act and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of five years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
