13. Death of licensee
Where the licensee or the sole surviving licensee of a private hospital dies, the Minister may, after considering the representations of the executors or administrators of the deceased licensee and of any other interested parties, transfer the licence to such person as to him or her seems proper; and pending the transfer of such a licence, the Minister may grant to such person as he or she shall think fit a temporary licence to operate such private hospital for such period not exceeding 6 months at a time and subject to such terms and conditions as he or she shall think fit.
