4. Seniority of ranks

The Force shall consist of the undermentioned ranks in the following order of seniority—

(i) Gazetted in 1970 Gazette at page 199Gazetted Officers—

Commissioner of Police

Deputy Commissioner of Police

Assistant Commissioner of Police

Superintendent of Police

Assistant Superintendent of Police

Cadet Officer
1. (ii) Inspector
1. (iii) Subordinate Officers—

Station Sergeant

Corporal
1. (iv) Constable.
