(1) Any product or article which is prohibited or restricted entry for importation under this Act or any regulation made thereunder, if temporarily in the internal waters of Saint Lucia, shall be subject to such conditions as may be deemed necessary by the Minister to carry out the purposes of this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) applies to carriers, their stores and furnishings.
