6. Persons coming from any place outside of State must possess passport or other document
A person other than a person under the age of 16 years coming from any place out of this State shall not land at any port in this State unless he or she has in his or her possession a valid passport issued to him or her not more than 10 years previously by or on behalf of the Government of the country of which he or she is a subject or citizen, or some other document satisfactorily establishing his or her nationality and identity, to which passport or document there must be attached a photograph of the person to whom it relates.
