5. Registered address and service of documents
(1) The Assembly shall at all times have a fixed address in Saint Lucia for the service of documents on the Assembly and that address shall be registered in the office of the Registrar of Companies by the Assembly.
(2) All documents to be served on the Assembly may be served by leaving the document at or by sending the document by registered post to the address registered in accordance with subsection (1).
