22. Production of licence
Despite sections 21 and 27(1)(c), a customer, member of staff of the Authority, or police officer may request a person referred to in section 21 to produce that person's licence for inspection—

(a) at the time of the request; or
-
(b) within 48 hours from the time of the request—
-
(i) at the nearest police station, in the case of a request by a police officer; or
-
(ii) at the principal office of the Authority, in any other case.
