(1) The Authority shall keep a register in which there is recorded—
(a) the name and address of each person to whom a licence is granted;
(b) the type of business in respect of which the licence is granted;
(c) the number of the licence; and
(d) the address at which the business is conducted.
(2) The register shall at all reasonable times be available for inspection at the principal office of the Authority.
