(1) An auditor appointed under section 34 shall as soon as practicable and not later than 3 months after the end of each financial year send copies of the audited financial statement and a report on the financial statement to the Board.
(2) The Board shall not later than one month after receipt of the financial statement and report provided under subsection (1), submit to the Minister—
(a) the audited financial statement and report; and
(b) a review of the activities of the Board during the preceding financial year.
(3) The Minister shall cause a copy of the review along with the audited financial statement and auditor's report to be laid in Parliament within 3 months of receiving the same.
