32. Payment of duty when deficiency occurs in warehouse
If at any time any deficiency beyond that which can be accounted for to the satisfaction of the Comptroller of Excise by natural waste or other legitimate cause is found in any package warehoused, or in any vat, Cabinet may require immediate payment of duty on the quantity of spirits originally warehoused in the package or vat, or on such portion thereof as Cabinet may specifically or by regulations direct.
