ENFORCEMENT OF FOREIGN JUDGEMENTS ORDERS – SECTION 9

The British Judgements (Enforcement) Act, 1922, shall extend to judgements obtained in the High Courts of Her Majesty's Dominions hereunder mentioned—

Guyana	St. Vincent
Leeward Islands	Barbados
Grenada	Singapore
The Bahamas	Trinidad and Tobago
Jamaica

and to—

a High Court including the Federal Supreme Court of Nigeria; the High Court of Southern Cameroons.
