(1) An account of the financial transactions of the Fund shall be prepared by the Board in respect of the period ending on the last day of the financial year of the Government of St. Lucia and transmitted to the Director of Audit for certification and report.
(2) Every such account after certification shall be submitted to the Minister who shall report thereon to the House of Assembly.
