1012. Provisions relating to the probate of wills are contained in the Civil Code.
1013. In common form business grants of probate and letters of administration may be made by the Registrar but the Registrar may refer to the Judge any matter which he or she thinks fit.
1014. The Registrar is not to allow probate of letters of administration to issue until all the inquiries which he or she may see fit to institute have been answered to his or her satisfaction. The Registrar is, notwithstanding, to afford as great facility for the obtaining grants of probate or administration as is consistent with due regard to the prevention of error or fraud.
