(1) A person shall not bury a dead body, whether or not the dead body is of a still born baby, unless the person is in possession of a certificate of death issued by the District Registrar.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,500.
