79. Regulations

(1) The Minister may make Regulations for giving effect to this Act.

(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Minister may make Regulations —
1. (a) regarding a matter which is required by this Act to be prescribed;
1. (b) for the procedure to be put in place to monitor and assess the proper application of and compliance with this Act.
