(1) Where an amendment to the Convention becomes effective in terms of article 28 of the Convention, the Minister shall, by Order amend the Schedule to this Act to give effect to the amendment of the Convention.
(2) An Order made under subsection (1) may contain such ancillary, transitional or supplemental provisions as appear to the Minister necessary or expedient for the purposes of giving effect to the amendments.
