22. Duty on certificate of attorney-at-law or notary

The stamp duty payable on a certificate of enrolment of the name of any person admitted to practise as an attorney-at-law or notary royal shall be denoted on the certificate, and no certificate shall be delivered to such person before it has been duly stamped.
