(1) A person who wishes to be an approved developer may make an application to the Minister for the purpose.
(2) The Minister may approve the application referred to in subsection (1), either unconditionally or subject to such conditions as he or she thinks fit; or may refuse the application.
(3) The Minister may, in approving an application under subsection (2), grant further incentives under section 152 of the Income Tax Act.
(4) The approval of a person as an approved developer shall be published in the Gazette.
