The Association known as the Saint Lucia Blind Welfare Association shall be and is hereby created a body corporate under the name of “The Saint Lucia Blind Welfare Association” (hereinafter called the “Association”) and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and sue and be sued in all courts of justice by that name and shall have a common seal which may be changed in accordance with the rules of the Association.
