(1) The Minister responsible for national security may, after consultation with the Minister responsible for civil aviation, in writing authorize the flying of an aircraft in a regulated airspace subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister responsible for national security specifies.
(2) An authorisation under this section shall not have the effect of dispensing with the necessity of obtaining permission where such permission is required under any other law in force in Saint Lucia.
(3) For the purposes of this section permission includes licence, authorization and approval.
