(1) A licence granted under this Act authorises the licensee to carry on money services business in Saint Lucia at the place of business designated in the licence and at such other place as the Authority may authorise in writing.
(2) A licensee shall not open a new place of business or change the location of an existing place of business in Saint Lucia without the prior approval of the Authority and a licensee shall not close an existing place of business in Saint Lucia without having given 30 days prior written notification to the Authority.
(3) A licensee shall not open a place of business elsewhere than in Saint Lucia without the prior written approval of the Authority.
(4) A licensee shall not close a place of business outside of Saint Lucia without having given 21 days prior written notification to the Authority.
