10. Application of Act to subsequent agreements
If it appears to the Governor General that by reason of any agreement with respect to trade made after 1 July 1968 between all or any of the Community territories or all or any of the Common Market States, or between all or any of these Territories or States and any other country, it is expedient so to do, the Governor General may by order published in the Gazette direct that this Act shall apply to any such agreement and shall have effect with such adaptations or modifications as may be specified in the order.
