3. Incorporation of the First Baptist Church
With the commencement of this Act, the Baptist Church situate at Darling Road in the quarter of Castries shall be created a body corporate by the name of the First Baptist Church, Saint Lucia and by that name shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in the State and shall have and use a Common Seal provided that such seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 of the Trustees.
