(1) The Director of Finance and Planning may authorise the investment of deposits in like manner to that provided in section 34 in respect of the Consolidated Fund.
(2) Any interest or dividend received in respect of deposits invested in accordance with subsection (1) shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
